when the deshelled egg is placed in honey, the concentration of water outside the egg is more than inside the egg therefore water will come out of deshelled egg due to exo-osmosis .Hence the egg will shrink.
when egg is retransferred in water, the concentration of water outside the egg is less than inside the egg .Therefore water will go inside the deshelled egg due to indo -osmosis.Hence the egg will swell
