when a person is angry the adrenaline is secreted more the he will loss his mind and he don't know what he is going to do...

    When a person gets angry, his heart rate and arterial tension increases. The emotion, anger can also cause the left hemisphere of the brain to become more stimulated and the cortisol or stress hormone to decrease to a lower rate. In males, along with this, the level of testosterone decreases, which when reaches a level can cause problems like infertility.

   Other health problems that are caused due anger include headache, digestion, insomnia, increased anxiety, depression and high blood pressure. The problems that arise due to this emotion can be reduced by the practice of yoga, meditation and regular exercise.
