Solid brown copper is deposited as it displaces by Zn. (b) Aluminium displaces hydrogen from HCl and hydrogen gas is evolved with soluble aluminium chloride

When a highly reactive metal added in the solution of copper sulphate, displacement reaction takes place and the outcome will be metal sulphate. For example if a Zinc metal were dipped in a Copper Sulphate solution because of the highly reactive nature, Zinc will replace the copper from it's solution and Zinc Sulphate will be formed. Also the colour of the solution will disappear and become colourless
