When a wet cloth is shaken the water will be forced to depart from the cloth.
EXPLANATION:
With respect to inertia of rest, the water molecules are tended to persist at ease. So, while shaking the wet cloth due to pressured force on the cloth, it would release the inertia water to run out of the wet cloth.
When the fabric is finally letting go of all the stubborn water out from it, is useful to dry out very fast.
