What happens when acetyl chloride is treated with excess of CH3MgI?

When the compound Acetyl chloride, also known as CH_3COCl, comes into contact with the another chemical compound Methylmagnesium iodide, that is CH_3MgI, it results in the formation of Propanone or Acetone, that is (CH_3)_2CO.
