What happens when all the functions of the human body are controlled by the brain?

1) The brain has to coordinate the all parts of the body. 2) But if the brain will do all the functions alone it receives and sends the information. 3) it cannot give protection to dangerous stimulus. 4) Moreover brain cannot alone do all the functions. 5) reflex actions requires immediate action to stimulus brain cannot do this. So brain cannot do all the functions of the human body.
