When acid reacts with bade then Salt and water is forms.
Acid+base---> Salt +water.
For example :
HCl +NaOH ---> NaCl + Hv2O.
here HCl is acid while NaOH is base.
Such type of reaction are called neutralisation reaction.

Anion is acid
