What happens when an electrolyte is added to hydrated ferric oxide solution water?

When any electrolyte like NaCl etc. is added to the hydrated Fe2O3 solution, the opposite charge ions are introduced i.e. the ions bifurcate together and they combine and exchange the positions and undergo coagulation to form solid particles which settles down.
