Hello buddy!

when an iron nail is placed in Copper sulphate situation, the solution which is in blue color, it changes to light green.

As iron is more reactive than copper, it may replace copper from CuSO₄.This type of reaction is called as displacement reaction.

when iron nail is placed in copper sulphate solution,it leaves a reddish brown color on the iron nail and the solution turns pale green. The reddish brown color is copper and the pale green solution is iron sulphate.
