Boric acid on heating produce BORON TRIOXIDE ehich can be clear from the following equation.
H2B4O7----H2BO3 + H2O
water is also released during the reaction.

Boric add, on heating, loses water in three different stages at different temperatures ultimately giving boron trioxide.
