Damage to the cerebellum can lead to: 1) loss of coordination of motor movement (asynergia), 2) the inability to judge distance and when to stop (dysmetria), 3) the inability to perform rapid alternating movements (adiadochokinesia), 4) movement tremors (intention tremor), 5) staggering, wide based walking

Answer:first all the cerebellum controls body position balance and also hearing so when it is damaged you lose your body balance and you start staggering hence you may not be able to move properly, hear properly,or balance properly

BUT IF you damage your medullaoblongata it results in to immediate death this is because it controls the involuntary actions like breathing, heart beat, and all involuntary actions

So you can imagine when it's damaged your blood will stop moving and also you stop breathing hence death immediately

Hope that helps
