What happens when chlorine reacts with cold and dilute aqueous naoh?

Chlorine react with sodium hydroxide to produce sodium chlorate, sodium chloride and water. The reaction takes place in a concentrated solution heating the reactionmixture. If Chlorine react with cold NaOH , it gives NaCl & NaOCl.
