since we know that copper is metal and Sulphuric acid is an acid and it is well known to us that when acid reacts with metal it forms salt and hydrogen gas
in this case copper is less reactive than hydrogen since it stays downside hydrogen in reactivity series so when dilute sulphuric acid is poured on copper plate no reaction will take place neither solved will be formed 9 hydrogen gas will be released.
