What happens when dilute sulphuric acid is added to lime water?​

Initially slightly white turbidity may be seen but then the turbidity dissolves and calcium sulphate solution is obtained. It is an exothermic reaction as on touching the beaker,we can feel the heat produced by the reaction of dilute sulphuric acid and lime water.
