All cell organelles like ribosome, mitochondria, chloroplasts, golgi bodies etc. present inside each cell are called cellular apparatus. When copying of DNA takes place, additional sets of cellular apparatus are also created. So that when the DNA copies are created, they can separate with their own cellular apparatus to form a new cell.

The copying of DNA is similar but not identical always. It depends upon how accurately the copying is taking place. Sometimes the variation in the copies becomes so extreme that the copy of new DNA fails to recognize and work with its cellular apparatus. The produced cell dies.
