I’m not at all sure what you are asking. Are you asking whether or not magnets (by which I assume you mean “permanent” magnets) can conduct an electric current? The answer is yes and no. Depends on the material that makes up the magnet. Most magnets can conduct an electric current, but ceramic magnets, for example, cannot. Beyond that, I really don’t know what you’re asking.
