Explanation:

Prokaryotic cells does not have Golgi apparatus ...so whatever is the function of Golgi apparatus like glycosylation of proteins and lipids will be absent in it ..that's it!!

If there is no Golgi apparatus, then many of these functions will not happens:-

  1. Storage of protein.
  2. Formation of acrosome.
  3. Formation lysosomes & vesicles.
  4. Transportation of lipids around the cell.
  5. Modifying, sorting & processing of proteins.
