1. Displacement reaction takes place as we know Acid + Metal ------->Salt + H2  HCL +Zn -------> ZnCl + H2

2. A decomposition reaction takes place, FeSO4 ----heat----> Fe2O3 + SO2 + SO3

3. Baking powder contains NaHCO3 and some mild edible acid like tartaric acid. X is tartaric acid.

4. A heating wire has a very high resistance and a high melting point as it has convert the electrical energy into light and heat energy.

5. Light is a form of energy.

6. A spectrum of  white light is a bend of seven colours that the white light splits into due to refraction.

7. White light consists of seven colours of different wavelengths and frequencies. During refraction each colour light bends at different angles of refraction causing dispersion.
