When a saturated solution is cooled, the saturation stops.
This is because according to Henry's law of mole fraction, the solution starts to precipitate and crystallization process takes place.
The saturation process comes to a halt and precipitation starts.
The solution to being cooked will crystallization.

"If a saturated solution is cooled below the temperature at which the solution is prepared, the solubility of the solution will be reduced.
This reduction in solubility will result in some of the dissolved solution being precipitated as solid crystals that can be easily observed in the solution container. Again, if this solution is heated, the crystals that the solution in the container can be easily observed. Again, if heated, the crystals in the solution would be dissolved and not visible anymore."
