When Ice Changes it State from Solid to Liquid it Melts at atmospheric pressure but the temperature remains constant or we can say that the during the change of temperature the heat and energy is overcome by the ice to relay atmospheric pressure and because of these ice will remain at same temperature .

Hope it Helps!!
