What happens when ice is heated up to hundred degree Celsius

when ice is heated at 100 degrees it changes its state from solid to liquid due to immense haet enough for ice to change its state

first when ice is heated then it melts later when the temp reaches to 100°C the liquid water starts evaporating.as a result the inter molecular space increases, inter molecular force decreases leading to increase in kinetic energy.
