\underline{\underline{\Huge\mathfrak{Answer}}}

Iron lies above Copper in the reactivity series.

Therefore, a chemical reaction has taken place between iron nails and Copper Sulphate solution. We can also say that iron has displaced copper from Copper Sulphate solution.

Fe(s)+CuSO_{4}(aq)\xrightarrow{\text{}}FeSO_{4}(aq)+Cu(s)

Since iron has taken part in the reaction, the colour of the solution becomes changes blue into green after a ten minutes.
