Explanation:

When a light wave pass from  I to medium I, and continue in the same direction as a refracted ray, then it will make its own angle of refraction, which is the angle between the refracted ray and the normal line, in this case the refractive indices of both the mediums will be same so the light ray will not change its path from I to medium.
