When no one notices my efforts
Lord Krishna had told the mighty Arjuna to perform his deeds meticulously and with devotion but not to expect the results.
The Bhagwad Gita teaches the concept of 'Detached attachment'. To work selflessly without any expectation.
Many a time I have worked extremely hard, often I have shouldered entire responsibilities but my efforts have gone unnoticed. Not a single word of praise have I received. It is not that I haven't felt hurt or depressed but the words of Lord Krishna echo in my ears.
He is the Ultimate, the Absolute. So it doesn't matter who notices who praises. Work is worship.

Explanation:
- It is very painful when No one notices someone’s efforts.
- Efforts are always tough, no matter how tough they are.
- But, efforts are needed to be appraised whenever someone sees that a person is giving an effort to achieve something.
- As the person sees that no one is noticing or appraising his effort, his wish to make the effort decreases, and he becomes less and less motivated.
- It seems that doing the effort is fruitless. So, he also stops hissing full to the work.
