when RBCs are placed in 0.1  %NaCl solution then they burst.

Explanation:

0.66 % NaCl solution with respect to RBCs is hypotonic and hence 0.1 % is even less .

Therefore endosmosis takes pace and RBCs swells up and finally bursts.(haemolysis occurs)
