What happens when receptors donot work properly?

when receptors are not working they won't recieve impulses and it would not be transmitted all over the body for example if olfactory receptors does not work we could not smell anything I think this would help u IF U LIKE THIS ANS PLS MARK IT AS BRAINLIEST
