What happens when sour substances like lemon juice ,tamarind water falls on the shahabad stones or kitchen platform ?why?

1⃣ when sour substances like lime juice,

tamarind water falls on shahabad stones or kitchen platform then after some time stone become white from that place. (white spot appears)

Lime juice ,tamarind water are acids,when it drop on shahabad stones ,it decomposes stone and salt liberate.That is why it becomes white after some time,and remainder for few days.
