What happens when sulphur burns in the presence of oxygen ? how will you show that the compound formed in this reaction is acidic in nature ??

when sulphur burn in the presence of oxygen it produces 2SO3 
we can check if the compound s acidic or not by dissolving it in water and checking by litmus paper if the paper turns red it is acidic
