Well, it seems the question is not correctly asked but,
When sulfur react with the aluminium ,the resultant product is aluminium sulfate  . The balanced chemical equation for this reaction will be
2Al + 3S  ⇒Al2S3

In the second case , when the  aluminium react with dilute hydrochloric acid  the result will be the production of hydrogen gas along with aluminium chloride
The chemical equation for this reaction will be
2Al + 6HCl ⇒ 2AlCl3  + 3H2

But the this reaction will take some time initially as the HCl need some time to react with aluminium piece which is usually protected by the layer of aluminium oxide  .

Well question looks like incomplete.....

We can interpret the first part of question in many ways :
a]What happens when Sulphur reacts with Al
b]What happens when sulphur reacts with dil HCl.

A] when sulphur reacts with Al. we get Aluminum sulphide .

2Al +3s -----> Al2S3

b] Sulphur -- which is a non metals do not reacts with dil . HCl

Aluminum reacts with dil. HCl to give Aluminium chloride and Hydrogen gas

Metal + Acid ----> Salt + Hydrogen gas

2Al (s)+ 6HCl (aq)---->2 AlCl3 (aq)+ 3H2(g)
