The cell will shrink...deplasmolysis takes place here...see try to understand..as here..the movement of water will take place from higher concentration to the lower concentration..!!

if the medium surrounding the cell has a higher water concentration than the cell if the solution is very dilute solution, the cell will gain water by osmosis such dilute Is called hypothesis solution
if the medium surrounding the cell is of exactly the same water concentration as the cell, there will be no net movement of water across the plasma membrane such a solution is called isotonic solution
if the medium has a lower concentration of water than the cell, I. e . if it is very concentrated solution , the cell will lose water by osmosis such a concentrated solution is called hypersonic solution
