Force of buoyancy is force applied on an object in upward direction.
If force of buoyancy is equal to the weight of the object, the object will float in between the water, it will neither sink nor will float on the surface.
It will just be under the surface. Also this means that density of object is 1 g/cm^2 , same as that of water at 4°C.
