What happens when there is no producers in eco system

living beings would not be able to live
without producers we don't have food
the primary producers are the green plants

• If their is no producers in ecosystem ,then the energy will not pass on or transfer to the  primary consumers ,because  of which the energy will not further pass on to the tertiary consumers  and  their will be destruction of earth as,
• The producers makes their own food generally with the help of process photosynthesis,therefore also known as autotrophs, and because of photosynthesis oxygen evolved ,and if there is no producer in ecosystem ,there will be no oxygen for organism to respire.
