What happens when two black holes collapse with each other? Is the force too much or too less by the collision of black holes

so here is your answer....
when two black hole collapsed with each other ........
when 2 galaxies collide , the supermassive black holes at their center do not hit head-on ,but would shoot past each other if some mechanism did not bring together .....
the binary system must lost orbit energy somehow, for the black holes to orbit more closely or merge .
