Answer ⤵️

When huge air masses come together from different directions, air may be uplifted and cooled if there are differences in the temperature and humidity of the two air masses. They cannot mix immediately. The lighter warmer air mass begins to rise above the other cooler denser air mass. The boundary between the two is called a FRONT. Fronts are usually several hundred kilometres long and there are three types; warm fronts, cold fronts and occluded fronts.
