what happens when water in which a food material is boiled during cooking is thrown away later on?
Answers
hey mate...
here is your answer...
Usually food is boiled in water and later on the boiled water is thrown away. When food is boiled in water some of the nutrients of the food get transferred to water. So this boiled water has many nutrients in it. When we throw away this water, there is loss of nutrients.

Hiii frnds.....
Food materials ( vegetables, grains ) are usually boiled for better taste. During this process, most of them lose their nutrients to water... There is a loss of nutrients from the food stuffs...
So water left out after boiling can be used in other ways in order to utilise the list nutrients ( use this water instead of fresh water while u cook )..
