What happens when the water is heated ?

When the water is heated then there will be two situations.

Situation 1:

• The water will be converted into steam if it is heated at fixed higher temperature.
• If the water is heated at 100°C then water will be converted into steam.

Situation 2:

• The water will boil when it is heated at fixed temperature less than 90°C approx.
• If the water is heated under 90°C approx then it will boil also and will also convert some part it vapours.
