When few drops of lemon juice is been added to milk curdling happens at a faster rate.

EXPLANATION:  

As lemon is citric in nature and milk is acidic, when drops of lemons juice are added to the milk, it increases the acidic property of milk and the PH content of milk becomes low. As a result, the calcium in it results in precipitation of casein and milk gets curdled. Thus, we could witness casein being separated when curdled.
