when we are doing copulation the male sperms move out from the penis and Travels towards the vagina when sperm reaches at the fallopian tube the egg came out in the fallopian tube and both the male gamate and the female gamete fuse with each other this process is known as fertilization. when sperm reaches the egg it penetrates inside the ovum syngamy or fusion of male and female nuclei occurs to form zygote zygote undergoes various meiotic division to form an embryo the embedding of the embryo in the thick lining of the uterus wall is known as implantation
