Answer:

Usually, we are told to hate our brothers (i.e. people belonging to other countries) at the time of war. Political leaders and powerful people, who work for their personal gains, ask us to do so. However, we should not act as a puppet in their hands and do as they say. We should under stand that war is futile and analyse the situation before jumping to conclusions. The poet asks us to remember that by hating our brothers, we are dispossessing, betraying and condemning ourselves. When we take arms against each other, we pollute the human earth and violate the purity of the atmosphere.

Answer : we are told when some people want o spreadchatred and spoil peace and harmony. These could be done for their personal benefits or motive or jealous or intolerance towards another person .those are done by the people who spread terror and bloodshed .we must never allow ourselves to fall prey to the prejudices and begin to hate our brothers . The poet says that things are involved in these things are responsible for destroying peace and harmony around us . Hatred , prejudice, war , killing all these release the dirt of their thoughts, words and actions into the air we breath and destroys its purity . Therefore we have to recognize that no one is a foreigner.
