Failing to achieve equality would require voices to be heard and included in the global and national decision-making equally for men and women. There should be program and policies are designed catering to the the women’s needs central to their foundation along with with the males in the global arena

Explanation:

  • The task of making the world equal is a tough and a difficult  journey where a lot of people are still unaware of the fact that the world is unequal and feminist movement has to exert most of its energies to convince the world that there is a need for it
  • Women and girls all over the world  go through many disadvantages in regards to their gender identity, immigration status, age, ethnic or religious identity, sexual orientation  and many other factors.
  • It has been ingrained in the global society that the men are somehow superior mentally, physically and emotionally, than the women because they are of the male species,  which is not a  justifiable explanation yet it is a general consensus that is followed.
