A bacteria, named lacto bacillus, grows very fast if it gets warmth and milk. The growth of this bacteria in milk makes milk unfit for use. In cool atmosphere the growth of this bacteria is comparily slower than in warm atmosphere. So, therefore, when milk is not kept inside the refrigerator in summers the growth of lacto bacillus is at full speed. Its not possible to retain the same quality of food.
