Answer:
When the milk is left in open for a long time, bacteria named Lactobacillus grows in the milk. These bacteria converts the lactose present in the milk into lactic acid. Due to the presence of lactic acid the taste of the milk changes to sour. No, we do not get back the same quality of milk. This bacteria (Lactobacillus) grows very fast if it gets warmth and milk. The growth of this bacteria in milk makes milk unfit for use. In cool atmosphere the growth of this bacteria is comparably slower than in warm atmosphere. So, therefore, when milk is not kept inside the refrigerator in summers the growth of lactobacillus is at full speed. Its not possible to retain the same quality of food.
