What happens when we place the plasmid which lose trtracycline resistance due to insertional inactivation in ampicillin medium?

when a bacterium containg a plasmid which has lost tetracycline resistance is placed in amicillin medium, Nothing happens to the bacterium.
Reason: Due to insertional inactivation, only tetracycline resistance will be lost but not ampicillin resistance.
This kind of situation is possible when the plasmid is treated with the following enzymes
-BamH1
-Sal1
