When we report a user moderators can see all the chats. If you or that user had done any bad thing or used any used any abusing words moderators will delete accounts.

When we report the user the moderators check the profile of the user, his/her questions and answers, messages and if he/she has posted wrong things he will be blocked or his account will be deleted.
