What happens when we test amphoteric oxides usiing litmus paper, phenopthalein or use pH paper to determine their acidic or basic nature, what result do we get? Is it nuetral?

Since amphoteric oxides are acidic when reacting with base, and basic when reacting with acid. Therefore, amphoteric oxides are neutral and hence do not show any change in color in litmus solution.
