What happens when wheat is sown in the rainy season? One line answer

As it is a crop that requires less humidity to grow, sowing it in the rainy season can have two outcomes that are that either the wheat will not grow altogether or it will be extremely unhealthy. to consume as it wont grow in its normally required climate which will cause the grain to lower in quality.
