what happens when you mix black powder and normal gunpowder soak it in oil then light it up

Answer: according to by knowledge the mixture will blast with it is soaked and then light up in open air. of course, it is only going to burn if there is any oxygen supply for the combustion or the explosion to occur. but, if the mixture of gunpowder and black powder is somehow light while it is kept under the oil then, i think that nothing would happen as oil does not allow any gases ( including oxygen) to passthrough it. so, as no oxygen there will be no reaction.
