What happens when you open the soda bottle, the dissolved co2 comes out?

yes....co2 comes out....when we open soda bottle the bubbles of soda water comes out due to co2 gas which evolve heat in form bubbles.

Yes . When a bottle of soda is opened then it gushes out . This is because of CO2 gas . CO2 gas is filled inside the bottle under very high pressure .So when the lid is opened the liquid cannot hold as much as CO2 gas like before . So the extra air bubbles gushes out .
