In the day time carbon dioxide emitted by plant is utilized in photosynthesis n glucose is formed as its result... But in the night due to absence of sunlight plants do not perform photosynthesis... Respiration takes place in plant both in day n night.. In day carbon dioxide is converted into glucose n in night carbon dioxide is not utilized n conc of carbon dioxide goes on increasing.... Hence one should sleep under plants at night....
