Answer: the gerrard ask the intruder who are you.because gerrard wanted to know the intruder identity so he can know him.but the intruder refuse it and he said that you stop being smart otherwise I will kill you. And the intruder also as that I already killed one person . If I kill two person the cops can't hang me twice and the intruder will hain Freedom

Gerard asked this question because he also wanted to know the intruder's intention, purpose, and plan. Many questions rose in Gerard's mind. He had never seen that intruder ever. Besides, he was biding his time by keeping him busy in talking.
